When are we open?
We are open from 7AM to 6 PM Monday thru Saturday, and 3pm to 6pm on
Sundays. You can drop off your pets anytime during these hours. The charges
are based on a calendar day. The day you drop off your pet counts as the
first day of boarding. Checkout time is 10AM with a 2-hour leeway until
noon. If you pick your pet after 12 PM, you will be charged for that day's
board. If you request to have your pet bathed on the day they go
home you have until 6 PM to pick them up and not be charged for that day’s
board (excluding Sundays,
Sunday’s will be charged the
board for that day regardless of the time of drop off, and if they are
having the pet bathed they will pay for the board and the bath). You will pay for the bath.
